We accept all major credit and debit cards, or you can choose to pay with PayPal. Our site is fully secure. We use a leading card processing company to make sure your card details are kept safe at all times. All of our prices are in euros.

Unfortunately, we are unable to change the order details once an order has been placed.

You should receive an order confirmation via email shortly after placing. Order confirmation emails are sent from KUMA Design Store. Your confirmation email contains the details of your purchase along with an Order ID #.

Within Estonia:
Domestic orders are shipped via Itella SmartPOST parcel service.
Average shipping time for all orders within Estonia is up to 3 working days. During holidays the shipping times may vary (please contact us if you have time sensitive requests).
All orders are shipped via Itella SmartPost.
We offer FREE shipping for all orders over 60 euros.All Estonian orders below 60 euros will be charged a €2.50 shipping fee.

Within Europe:
European orders are shipped in a secure envelope via Omniva mail service with tracking and delivery confirmation.
All EU will be charged a standard €4.95 shipping fee.

Non-European orders:
Non-EU orders are shipped in a secure envelope via Omniva mail service with tracking and delivery confirmation. Additional import, customs, and sales taxes may be added separately in accordance with your state or country's specific requirements.
All non-EU orders will be charged a standard €5.95 shipping fee.

Estonian orders:
At this time, we are unable to offer order tracking on our website for Estonian orders. However, if you should have any problems with receiving your order within the promised delivery time (3-5 working days), then please contact us at store@getkuma.com.

European or non-European orders: You will be sent a separate email, from where you can find the tracking number and a link to a website, where you can track your order. All foreign orders will be shipped via Omniva postal services and can be tracked at www.omniva.ee

If no one is home when the courier comes, then don’t worry; simply contact your local post office (you can find your tracking code in your dispatch email) and they will be able to advise you on your options.

Orders being placed for delivery outside of the EU may be subject to customs charges or import duties which are levied by the importing country at the time the delivery arrives in your country.

These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot advise what the cost may be (customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country).

Please check the estimated time for your chosen delivery option beforehand. If your order has not arrived in time, please contact us at store@getkuma.com . Remember to include your order number within your message as this will help us speed up the search for your order.

If you want to exchange or return your order, please email store@getkuma.com within 30 days after receiving your order. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Some of the items on our website sell out quickly, however, we regularly update our site so it's worthwhile checking again.

Unfortunately, we do not refund products that have gone into sale after the purchase.

The discount code you have entered may have expired, or the start of the promotion may not have started. You may also be trying to use this on an item in our exclusions list. Please refer to the terms and condition of the offer for more details or contact us store@getkuma.com.
